Privacy & POPIA
Your club information
APEX uses account and profile information to provide membership, rides, the member directory, hosting and messages. Payment processing is handled by PayFast; membership is activated after payment confirmation. APEX processes personal information in line with POPIA and other applicable privacy laws that apply where you live.
Profile visibility
Members can find visible profiles in the member directory. You can hide your profile and adjust location visibility in Profile & privacy. Country and region help connect riders wherever they live.
Ride check-in
If you choose to share your device location, ride check-in stores your last known location, not continuous live tracking. Anyone with your ride-sharing link can view the shared check-in information. Share the link only with people you trust.
Your choices
In Profile & privacy, you can update your information, manage notification preferences and access the account deletion option. For a privacy enquiry, use the club contact below.
